Get Rid Of Back Pain For Life – No Drugs, No Surgeries – Pain Free Movement In A Few Simple Steps
Are You Sick and Tired of Living with Back Pain
One day in your life, you were asked to help out a friend carry some furnitures because he was moving house. Being a good friend, you gladly helped.
It was ten years ago.
But oh, what a big mistake it was. You sprained your back. And you could never get rid of it ever since.
And if you think doctors have the answer, you are wrong. Doctors only know how to diagnose and sell you drugs. Then maybe sell you surgery. Good for their business, bad for your health.
So you tried different training and treatment methods but none of them seem to work. From painkillers, physiotherapy, tuina, acupuncture, chiropractic etc.
They helped lessen the pain but could never get rid of it completely.
If the Above Describes You, You Have Come to the Right Place
How you got the back pain is not because the object you lifted was too heavy. Just think of this, if weightlifters and powerlifters can lift so heavy without injuring their backs, something else must be the problem.
The problem is your movement. Or put it more specifically, your improper movement.
That’s right. Not everybody knows how to lift properly. In fact most people know to lift improperly. Have you seen people doing what Homer is doing below?

This technique is a sure ticket to the emergency room.
The characteristic of such technique are straight legs and rounded back. This technique places a lot of stress on the delicate muscles in your back. And when the stress exceeds the limited, BAM, you get an injury.
This “recommended” lifting technique will save your back, but is not efficient.
The matter of fact is, no matter how light the object to be lifted is, if your technique is bad, you can get injured.
You can get injured picking up a pencil, or just by bending down improperly.
It is no wonder that you get injured.
Another cause of long term back pain is traumatic injuries – falls or motor vehicle accidents. Pain may linger longer than after the injury has healed.
Why Conventional Medicine Do Not Work
Most people would recommend you to go to the doctor if you have back pain right? I mean after all, doctors are gods right? They know everything in the world about health right?
Well, i am not saying don’t go to the doctor. You can and please do so. If it is a serious injury, get yourself an accurate diagnosis of your injury.
However, the typical doctor are not trained to solve mechanical problems, of which back pain is one. They are trained to solve chemical problems, through drugs. And that is what they would do to all kind of pain, give you drugs and if it gets really bad, recommend surgery (hey, more business).
Painkillers only mask the pain and does no good to your injury, as i would reveal to you below what exactly you need to get it fixed.
If you think that after taking painkillers and the pain is gone, you are good to go, you are wrong. Because you have just let the injury healed, but not rehabbed yourself.
The key thing here is rehab, rehabilitation, or recovery. If you don’t do any recovery work, nothing’s going to improve. It is like repair work to your car after it has been damaged in an accident.
Why Conventional “Physiotherapy” Treatments Do Not Work
Have your tried treatments like tuina, acupunture, massage? Or maybe more specific “physiotherapy” treatments like ultrasound therapy, shortwave therapy, infra red/heat therapy, electro-therapy etc?

Shortwave therapy
They are great for promoting tissue healing and enhancing recovery rate. However they are not able to give you pain free movement as they do not correct your movements. It is just a simple fact that movements have to be learned.
You have to differentiate between structure and function. These treatments fix the structure – your tissues, but do not teach you correct function – your movements.
You may be perfectly healthy and well, but if you don’t know how to drive (or swim, cycle etc), you don’t know how to drive. It is a skill that has to be learned.
You don’t grow up knowing how to drive without being taught, do you?
So is it with your other movements. If you don’t know how to lift (run, jump, squat etc), you don’t know how to lift. You have to learn the skills of lifting.
Why Strengthening Exercises Do Not Work
Ever done or being taught to do these exercises?
Strengthening exercises? Not your first priority.
Let me tell you the truth, at this point, what you need is not strengthening. Contrary to what people are selling you, let me say it again, you do not need strengthening.
I am not saying they are useless, but they are not designed to get rid of your back pain for life.
When you have back pain, it is almost guaranteed that you would have muscle tightness around your spine, ie your muscle are already contracting overtime. You do not need more loading for these muscles.
Doing so is just adding tension upon tension and can make it worse.
You need to learn to make them relax and selectively contract in their full range of motion.
Strengthening exercises have a place after certain steps are in place, which i would disclose below.
Anyway, my point is…
Stop Wasting Your Time and Money on Ineffective Treatments and do The Real Thing
Have you given up on conventional treatments and prepared to live with the pain?
Anyway it is not life threatening. It is just a minor irritation that doesn’t cause you much inconvenience.
Well, now it is minor, but how about ten years from now, twenty years from now.
Have you thought about what can happen if you don’t get rid of the pain?
What if You Don’t Get Rid of it Now
If you think that it will go away with time, you are wrong. It is a natural physical law that wear and tear occurs.
With existing pain, you have more wear and tear in your tissues than otherwise normal people.
Worse, because of the pain and existent injury, the body has forgotten how to move properly. And as i have mentioned above, poor movement causes injury. So you are in an evil cycle of injuring yourself more and more every move your make.
If you don’t get it treated, there is a chance some time in your life – may not be now, may be ten years later, twenty years later – that the pain can get so bad you wouldn’t be able to get out of bed in the morning.
Even if the pain does not get so bad, it would result in stiffness, i.e. you lose movement. It would prevent you from doing activities that other people enjoy, playing with your your kids or grandkids, sports, holidays etc.
Do you think it is fun to just watch your loved ones play while you just have to sit and watch them. I don’t think so.
Correct Your Movements, Reclaim Your Pain Free Movement NOW
You need to learn how to move properly again so that you can use the right muscles to do the right job and not injure the delicate structures in your spine.
In the end of you want pain free movement right?
You don’t want to be pain free only during inactivity or lying down right?
You want to be able to do the activities you used to do pain free right?
Often the simple solution is just to relearn proper movement and all your pains would go away, including knee pain, shoulder pain etc.
But not every trainer or therapist is trained to teach the proper movements effectively and efficiently. I have met patients who have years of back pain and doing all the things that are not top priority.
Through simple joint mobility exercises and other tools, you can slowly but surely teach the body into proper movement and pain free movement, for life.
Without these proprietary tools that rehab therapists are qualified to use, you cannot teach the body to move properly.
You just can’t. The body has forgotten how to do so.
Therefore it is through these specialized exercises that you can get truly pain free – for life.

This is Tuan Yong, she had back pain for a few years. After doing some simple exercises she could move freely again. The video shows what a healthy back should be able to do.
“I had lower back pain problem for a few years but was not able to find a solution to it until I met Coach Herman. In the past, I was not able to do a kettlebell swing longer than 2 mins as I would feel the pain on my lower back which could last for about 1 week and certain movements were restricted. However, under Coach Herman’s guidance during Rehab classes, I can see the significant improvement on my movements and is able to do more than 4 mins of swing without feeling any discomfort or pain. Foam rolling, Intu-flow played a huge part of my rehab sessions and of course, not forgetting Coach Herman’s help. He was able to identify the problems that I am facing and provided different types of solutions and advice. 1 helpful advice was “Do not go beyond the tension”. I am very grateful to him and sincerely thank him. Thank you Herman!”
